  • Add the remaining ingredients or spices such as cardamoms, kesar and mix well. Refrigerate it to set.

  • Per bowl or per serving Calories from Fat is 12.36g.
  • Per serving Sugar is 25.2g.
  • Total Carbs of shrikhand is 25.44g.

As it is rich, creamy and highly sugar containing sweet dish it could be harmful for diabetic patients. Shrikhand could raise your sugar level so high so the advice is to eat it in very less amount or else avoid eating it.
